A panoramic view of the Niagara Falls Skyline lets you enjoy an unobstructed view of the spectacular fireworks over the Falls every weekend.

Gymnasium
Get energized by your exercise routine in the Fitness Studio. Our Keiser machines utilize pneumatic technology allowing the muscles to remain active and engaged throughout the entire range of motion while reducing shock loading. This allows for workout regimens that can safely and effectively improve physical performance. Wellness Suites is currently working with Brock University on plans for running their Heart Strong and Senior Fit Programs in our Wellness Club.

Situated on the rooftop is a spacious multipurpose room. You will have the opportunity to participate in dance, yoga, Tai Chi and numerous other practices. This holistic and wellness sanctuary will rejuvenate your physical, psychological and spiritual wellness.

A team of Functional Medicine Specialists dedicated to ensuring you live long and live well while you rejuvenate with state-of-the-art therapies that include genetic profiling for drug compatibility, bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, chelation therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and allergy testing along with analysis of the microbiome of the gut.

Our recreation calendar will offer a wide assortment of activities including trips, concerts, shopping, etc. The Wellness Suites residents are a short distance to scenic Niagara Falls and the Fallsview Casino. Residents are invited to drive along the scenic parkway to Historic Niagara on the Lake and dozens of estate wineries.

MEET DR. NICK VACCARO
Developer of the Wellness Suites Condominiums and Functional Medicine Center, Dr. Nick Vaccaro has maintained a successful private practice in the Niagara Falls area for over 35 years and has successfully developed numerous early-stage companies that have brought product from conception to marketplace.
OUR SUITES
Wellness Suites Condominiums can be purchased or rented. All condominiums come with a Basic Service Package. The Assisted Living and Wellness Enhancement Programs can be purchased at any time.
Professional Management Services include:
1. Access to the Wellness Club that will be operated by a designated full time on-site general manager, appointed on terms decided by Wellness Suites Communities and
supported by the Condo, to oversee all areas of service and liaise directly with an appointee of the corporation;
2. Appropriate, qualified services personnel on the premises daily;
3. Monitoring of security twenty-four (24) hours daily;
4. Use of select amenities during specified hours;
5. Detailed orientation to equipment and services of the Wellness Club;
6. Annual biomechanical assessment by staff physiotherapist;
7. Access to a selection of regularly scheduled cultural, educational, recreational and social programs for which an additional charge may be made;
8. Access to Wellness Enhancement Package and Additional Services; and
9. Access to a mandatory, bundled television and internet package at a preferred rate of Ninety-nine dollars ($99.00) per month, plus HST**.
*Residents wishing to have 24-hour emergency call system are to contract Life Line or a similar
provider directly.
** This rate is subject to an increase of three percent (3%) per annum.
The Functional Restoration Program is comprised of the following services:
1. Information provided directly to resident to co-ordinate in-suite personal care services administered by third party;
2. Supervised functional rehabilitation program by physiotherapist with the aim of improving biomechanical function and wellbeing;
3. Educational seminars and private consultation aimed at enhancing health span through lifestyle modification;
4. Complimentary access to additional health & recreation services & amenities as well as preferred rates for technologies in the Wellness Club;
5. Detailed, monthly cleaning of suite (up to 1 hour);
6. Options to purchase meals at preferred rates in Wellness Club;
7. One complimentary infra-red detoxification sauna per month; and
8. Access to additional Health Services in Medical Health Club at preferred rates.
